Oracle SCM Technical Consultant Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is a senior Oracle SCM technical consultant position that requires expertise in developing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying Oracle ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Oracle technology advancements and best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing Oracle ERP solutions.
  • Strong software development skills in detailed application design, database design, object-oriented concepts, and Abstraction/Dependency Injection patterns.
  • Proficiency in relational database development using Oracle database technologies and services, SQL queries, NoSQL.
  • Experience integrating applications with middleware solutions, including OIC, MuleSoft, AWS API Management, Rest API, or equivalent technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead and communicate effectively at all levels.
