Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via phone, email, or chat.

Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with a focus on international voice processes (blended) for technical support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Technical Specialization.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts.
