Technical Support Professional

About the Role:

As a skilled technical support professional, you will provide exceptional customer experiences by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions through chat support.
  • Create a positive experience by demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are highly valued
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
