About the Role:
As a skilled technical support professional, you will provide exceptional customer experiences by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
- Provide timely and effective solutions through chat support.
- Create a positive experience by demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Use your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
Requirements:
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
- Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are highly valued
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach
