We are seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 0.6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to clearly communicate issues and resolutions, are essential for success in this role.
  • L1 Desktop Support expertise is required, covering hardware, software, and networking problems up to the end-user level.
  • A solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and LAN troubleshooting, is necessary for this position.
  • Familiarity with MS Office is beneficial, while knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, as well as Windows Server OS 2016, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Azure is also required, along with expertise in endpoint security applications, desktop applications, and antivirus software.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues, yet function well within a team environment, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Responsible for resolving L1 Desktop Support incidents, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize technical support services.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate without any arrears.
  • At least 0.6 months of experience in IT Support.
  • Must be able to support on holidays.
