Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator to join our team at PKF S&S LLP. As a key member of our front office, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional first impression for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Greet Visitors: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by welcoming clients, guests, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, which may include data entry, document preparation, and assisting with special projects.
  • Maintain Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the reception area and front office are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar front office or administrative role is essential.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹ 6,00,000 - ₹ 8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
