Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for some remote work and requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance and support daily operations efficiently
- Manage office equipment and maintain a well-organized workspace

- Work closely with management to ensure seamless daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Office Support and Administrative Assistance skills
- MBA degree preferred
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Clerical Skills and Office Equipment management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in office support roles is a plus
