Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Credit Card Sales team in India.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving productivity, and enhancing the overall performance of the team. Key accountabilities include leading a sales team of vendor executives, defining and executing recruitment and training strategies, and improving existing processes to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Closely monitor productivity and take corrective actions to meet budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit and risk policies.
- Manage productivity and query handling, as well as data management and MIS handling.
- Lead a team of vendor executives who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards through branch sales and tele-sales channels.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in credit card sales with experience of handling third-party vendors, tele-sales, and branch sales, customer relationship management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
- Good communication skills, customer relationship experience, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, problem-solving ability, MS Office proficiency, and CRM/POS experience (preferable).
