Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearJob Responsibilities:- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute local business growth plans according to predetermined strategies and targets.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Implement short- and mid-term marketing strategies and corporate objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide technical services to customers and manage key accounts.
- Territorial Planning: Plan territorial layouts for effective coverage.
- Customer Meetings: Meet relevant customers in assigned territories to bring profitable business to the company in a compliant manner.
- Product Promotion: Promote products to relevant customers, such as veterinary doctors, pet shops, and breeders, resulting in sales.
- Distributor Management: Regularly meet with distributors to ensure product liquidation and timely payments.
- Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the company.
- Sales Targets: Achieve regular sales targets set for the territory as per the company's needs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate databases for assigned territories.
- Company Image: Enhance the company image in assigned territories.
- Ethics: Maintain the highest level of ethics in all dealings.
- Reporting: Submit reports on time using the company's reporting systems.
- Communication: Follow seniors' directions and instructions and attend meetings as scheduled.
