Job Title: Business Development Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and expansion in the LAP sector. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. LAP Business Acumen: The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in LAP business (excluding housing loans). A deep understanding of the LAP industry is essential for success in this role.
  2. Channel Management: Experience in managing multiple channels and partnerships is mandatory. This includes identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth through these channels.
  3. Location-Based Expertise: It is crucial that the candidate has worked in the same location for an extended period, allowing them to develop in-depth knowledge of the local market.
  4. LAP Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and services is required. The candidate must be able to communicate the benefits and features of these products effectively.
  5. Credit Case Handling: The ideal candidate should have experience handling credit cases ranging from ₹10 lakhs to ₹50 lakhs. This requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions.
