Director, Record to Report

This is a key leadership role that will see you manage and oversee the entire Record to Report Operations, ensuring that all processes are streamlined, efficient, and of the highest quality.

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in managing large-scale teams and driving transformational projects. You will be responsible for leading a team size of 50 people and will be expected to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Lead a large R2R team and balance month end, quarter end year end preparation, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure of books.
  • Ensure all month end activities are completed within agreed timeframes and of the highest quality, meeting critical metrics and SLAs as applicable.
  • Balance aligned process - General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations.
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external & internal audits.

Key qualifications include:

  • CA/CMA qualified (with B.Com at Graduation level)
  • Relevant work experience with a proven track record of managing teams and driving transformational projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
