A strategic thinker with innovative ideas will be able to identify, launch, and scale new initiatives that accelerate growth and direction of Amazon Business programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functions around marketing operations, lead management, marketing intelligence, and Salesforce management.
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes, driving automation or standardization.
  • Manage, analyze, and communicate results to senior leadership.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire team members across multiple VP orgs, including People Managers, Marketing Managers, Engineers, and Program managers. The successful candidate will have experience working with senior executives up to VP level and possess excellent communication and influencing skills.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and driving change management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
