Job Title

A Financial Operations Transformation Leader is needed to spearhead process improvements in our Finance Global Business Services (FGBS) operations.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves driving cost savings initiatives, managing improvement project portfolios, and fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining customer obsession.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact projects.
  • Align local and global initiatives with business goals.
Operational Excellence

The ideal candidate will lead continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis methodologies.

  • Mentor team members on improvement projects.
  • Analyze key process indicators to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct Gemba Walks to generate improvement ideas.
Project Management

Guide projects to successful completion through the DMAIC methodology.

  • Track and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Develop site-wide communication strategies.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Driving process improvements experience.
