Senior Business Execution Manager Role

This senior-level position is a strategic leadership role that requires exceptional management and leadership skills to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business execution, implementation, and strategic planning.

The Senior Business Execution Manager will be responsible for managing a team of business execution consultants, ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility. This role also involves engaging functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with policies and business line objectives.

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for business execution.
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years management experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global banks, wholesale, and/or consumer LOBs.
  • Support senior leadership in global roles.
  • Overall experience of 15+ years, with 8+ years in one or a combination of business support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning in financial services.

  • Inquisitive nature and ability to learn and understand business quickly and connect the dots between multiple initiatives.
