About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
  • Sales & Team Management: Foster a sales-driven culture, motivating team members to achieve their full potential, and ensure that all sales processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruitment: Identify top talent from the market and develop them into high-performing team members, expanding our distribution network.
Requirements
  • Education: A graduate degree is required, preferably in a relevant field such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry, with a strong background in team-handling and strategy development.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success, with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and local language is required.
