Job Title: Sr. HR Business Partner
About the Role

This is a key role that requires partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective people management and strategic workforce planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and adapt HR policies to fit local cultural contexts.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for the People Partnering team.
  • Analyze data to support everyday people partnering decisions and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop plans for talent development and retention through workforce planning, performance management, and career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in HR, preferably with experience as a partner or advisor to senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of global HR practices and employment laws.
