Senior Business Execution Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Data Project Management experience.
  • Experience of trade lifecycle, understanding of sales and trader support functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Markets COO business managers to understand regulatory requirements and support them operationally.
  • Reviewing and performing Regulatory transactional testing for multiple Front Office-COO LOB and Desks.
  • Preparing Standard Procedures and checklists to verifying workflows between different Regulators.
  • Carrying out data reconciliation with different trade booking systems and resolving breaks with actively coordinating with trading deck and business managers.
  • Preparing executive PPTs for monthly review calls with senior leadership.
