Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Transformation Leader to join our team. As a senior-level leader, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business intelligence initiatives and ensuring they align with our overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization, with experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive BI roadmap, mentoring a team of experts, and overseeing the implementation of modern BI solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-value analytics use cases, define and enforce data visualization best practices, and drive self-service BI enablement. Additionally, you will optimize BI infrastructure and reporting architecture, establish governance frameworks, and champion the use of AI/ML-powered BI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in BI tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, and similar enterprise platforms
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization principles, storytelling with data, and dashboard usability best practices
  • Experience in leading large-scale BI transformation initiatives and driving self-service analytics adoption across an enterprise
