Director, Transformation Analytics Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transformation analytics team. As Director, Transformation Analytics, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive resource and financial analyses for tech and workforce strategy programs.
  • Direct the reporting of insights on tech & workforce strategy program.
  • Provide leadership in building and maintaining functional ambitions for teams.
  • Oversee the creation of complex cases, incorporating multiple data sources.
  • Oversee data validation of the Value Confirmation analysis, review executive summary outputs.
  • Guide teams in identifying and reconciling deviations from the approved case.
  • Oversee analysis efforts to optimize workforce and resource allocation, driving efficiency across the business.
  • Oversee the development of models for long-term planning and decision-making, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Oversee data integration across multiple teams to ensure insights are aligned with business priorities and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure accurate insights' delivery, operating in the 'following-the-sun' model.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A doctorate degree and 4 years of data analytics/finance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mastery of complex financial modeling (Excel) and proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ERP systems, and financial software.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative cross-functional environments and leading change initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to influence and lead change.
  • A passion for data exploration and visualization and a strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Databricks.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
  • Understanding of global finance, HR, and procurement systems and data.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of impacts of business decisions to financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow).
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP, Anaplan, PowerBI/Tableau, and other business analytics tools.
