Job Title: Data Insights and Analytics Leader

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data Insights and Analytics function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an inspiring leader, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions that drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement data strategies to inform business decisions, leveraging techniques such as predictive analytics, statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing.
  • Mentor and drive team members to deliver high-quality results, building their capabilities in data science, analytics, and insights.
  • Design and develop self-service analytic applications, dashboards, and predictive models to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes using digital technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing data strategies, data visualization, Python, R, and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, managing and coordinating projects, and collaborating with stakeholders.
