Job Title: Data Analytics Leader

As a Data Analytics Leader, you will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities across multiple studies. This involves making strategic decisions and proposing solutions at the study or project level.

You will also be expected to act as a functional manager for local associates, providing guidance on technical expertise and processes. Additionally, you will build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, able to summarize and discuss status of deliverables and critical aspects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to ensure timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs for regulatory submissions/interactions, safety reports, publications, post-marketing activities, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statistical programming activities for multiple studies
  • Make strategic decisions and propose solutions at the study or project level
  • Act as functional manager for local associates
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure timely and quality development and validation of datasets and outputs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
