Job Title: Data Science Leader - Portfolio Optimization

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Leader to lead the development of advanced analytics solutions for portfolio optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving business growth through data-driven insights and developing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Doctorate degree and 4 years of statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, or a quantitative field experience, OR
    • Master's degree and 14-16 years of statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, or a quantitative field experience, OR
    • Bachelor's degree and 16-18 years of statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, or a quantitative field experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and managing multiple senior key collaborators.
  • Advanced Analytics: Proven expertise in delivering complex analytical projects and developing innovative data science solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, R, Scala, Java, or other Object-Oriented Programming languages; ETL using SQL/shell scripting; experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), RedShift, S3, Athena, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, etc.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically about issues impacting an entire portfolio of therapeutics across geographies and stages of development.
