We are seeking a senior data science expert to join our technology team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a penchant for delivering innovative solutions and driving growth.

The role will involve creating and executing high-quality codes, leading with ideas, and providing real-time solutions to strengthen product offerings.

This is a 2pm – 11pm IST hybrid model role that requires strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with various business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying data science and machine learning for end-to-end development and deployment of data-driven insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from various business functions
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering functions and with Marketing and Finance organizations
  • Shaping the direction of key data science areas, including segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, product analytics, churn prediction, and insights

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role with a minimum qualification of BE/BTech/BCA/BSc (IT/CS). They should also possess technical expertise in concepts such as Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong coding skills in general-purpose languages like Python and SQL, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews, and deployment
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity with a go-getter attitude
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and confident using your own initiative
  • Excellent time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and our employees
