Lead Analytics Expert - Data Scientist

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Analytics Expert - Data Scientist to spearhead our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, business acumen, and proven leadership experience to develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

  • Technical Leadership & Implementation:
    • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
    • Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
    • Monitor model performance and implement improvements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Implementation:
    • Develop predictive models for risk assessment, fraud detection, customer behavior analysis, or forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Professional certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
    • Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
    • Experience with deep learning frameworks.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
    • Strong understanding of version control systems (Git).
    • Experience with MLOps and model deployments.
