Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and objectives for the HR team. You will help shape our employer brand strategy.

  • Set clear objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Implement performance management systems to enhance employee growth
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance reviews and appraisals
  • Design and implement company policies that foster a healthy work environment
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on annual operating plans
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Analyze data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals
  • Organize continuous learning and development programs for the teams
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies
  • Encourage employee participation and contribution to the growth and well-being of the business.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven 4+ years of experience as a HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS, and ATS)
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
