Global HR Leader

Beeontrade, a digital-first platform connecting commerce across borders with simplicity and speed, is scaling rapidly across multiple regions.

We're seeking an experienced Global HR Leader to partner with our executive team in driving global strategy and building high-performing teams worldwide.

This role involves developing and scaling Beeontrade's human resources systems globally while setting up a strong India HR foundation as our headquarters.

You will be responsible for building scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all Beeontrade regions (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design and implement systems for talent acquisition, retention, and career development.
HR Leadership in India:
  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform talent decisions.
Performance & Culture:
  • Develop and implement a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Manage sensitive HR and compliance matters proactively.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
