Senior Executive, HR Management Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Executive to join our organization in the role of HR Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, preferably with experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior leadership in driving organizational change and implementing people initiatives. This includes taking ownership of HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Bengali/Hindi is considered an added advantage.

The Senior Executive will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and appraisal systems aligned with business needs. They will also maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases, and MIS reports.

The role requires a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency, and responsiveness. The Senior Executive will also coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory bodies as required.

The successful candidate will provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making. They will be comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems and processes.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering/industrial background preferred)
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi is considered an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems and processes
