We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Leader to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on key initiatives.

About this Role

This role involves leading the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business results and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires to drive talent acquisition and retention
  • Conduct performance management and provide coaching to employees to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Experience in Talent Development, preferably in Engineering or Automotive industries to leverage industry expertise
  • Handle overall plant and corporate HR, liaisoning with local departments and factory act compliance

Qualifications

  • MBA in HR with strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of success

  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees to improve performance and productivity
