We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Leader to spearhead our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and management
- Development and implementation of company policies that foster a positive work environment
- Creation of compensation and benefits plans that drive employee satisfaction
- Support and guidance for the entire recruitment process, including hosting in-house events
