Job Title: Strategic Alliance Manager Job Description:As a strategic alliance manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. Your primary responsibility will be to define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines while ensuring seamless execution. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with industry partners.
  • Build persuasive proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
 Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
 Success in the First 90 Days:
  • Delve 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Establish a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
