As a Marketing Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives the success of our marketing campaigns.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. This will involve building persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.

In addition, you will track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights. You will also manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.

The successful candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-serving, or business development. A background in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure across marketing, partnerships, and campaign strategy.
  • Learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with ownership of real projects.
