Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive professional who will handle
end-to-end client acquisition and success
– from managing leads, preparing winning pitch decks & gap analysis, onboarding clients, and reporting performance, to supporting business development and sales strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on platforms like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Manage incoming leads, qualify prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create compelling
pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
for potential clients. - Handle
client onboarding
process smoothly. - Prepare
weekly/monthly reports
and performance dashboards. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
client deliverables
are met. - Support in
sales operations, pipeline tracking, and CRM management
. - Explore and execute new
business development opportunities
. - Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales, client servicing, or business development - Agency experience required.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (English fluency a must).
- Proficiency in Google Slides for pitch decks.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Ability to multi-task and manage client expectations in a dynamic environment.
- Extremely proactive
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Creative mindset for designing client pitches.
