Wood Coating Network Manager

To orchestrate the growth of our wood coating distributor network, key responsibilities include:

  • Increasing the number of wood coating distributors through strategic partnerships and business alliances.
  • Fostering relationships with industry influencers, including architects, building contractors, and interior designers.
  • Collaborating with the retail team to ensure optimal product visibility at sales counters and merchandising displays.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site leads, pipeline health, and business performance using CRM software.
  • Achieving targeted weighted reach and numeric reach within assigned territories and geographic regions.

Key Activities:

  • Conducting on-site demonstrations for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Briefing distributors on our comprehensive wood coating range and driving business growth through promotions and target products.
  • Regularly meeting with influencers to develop business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.

Performance Metrics:

  • Targeted weighted reach and numeric reach within assigned territories and geographic regions.
  • Pigment tinting CCD reach in assigned territories and geographic regions.
