Wood Coatings Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wood coatings business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, developing strategies, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage identified sets of wood coating products and increase dealer and contractor networks.
  • To generate site leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of premium wood coatings.
  • Conduct sampling activities on sites for dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • To brief dealers on the entire range of wood coatings and drive business through schemes and target products.
  • Regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, painters, etc., for business development.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure proper visibility of wood coating products at counters.
  • Complete daily reports in CRM/Flo app, etc.
  • Achieve targeted weighted reach and numeric reach in the territory.
  • Achieve targeted PU tinting CCD reach in the territory.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales management, product development, and business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM/Flo apps and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
