Drive Sales Growth with Us:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Pixelo Digital. In this exciting role, you'll contribute to developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized sales growth strategies to meet client objectives
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement client campaigns
- Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and timelines and present them effectively to clients
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization and continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to proactively address client needs
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues promptly, and provide proactive solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising concepts, including digital marketing and campaign management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively while meeting deadlines
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and presenting actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is preferred
