About the Position

As E-commerce Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth through digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing department to develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales for our new developments
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy for Mayfair Housing across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Paid Advertising (PPC & SEM): Develop and manage targeted PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to reach new audiences and generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on real estate
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management
  • Working knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media ads)
