Job Description:

The Sales Growth Strategist is a pivotal role at Weekday, tasked with driving business expansion and growth through innovative sales strategies. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate the market, identify opportunities, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Your Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Weekday's customer base
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market through networking and social media
* Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and referrals
* Ensure seamless communication with internal teams to facilitate effective lead management and sales execution

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities
* Proficiency in marketing and negotiating techniques, with a self-motivated approach to achieving results
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
* MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
