We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and enabling our sales team with the right tools and data at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Management & Enrichment:
- Create and manage lead sources, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
- Develop workflows for effective lead handoff to sales reps.
- HubSpot CRM Administration:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
- Ensure sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
- Integration & Optimization:
- Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
- Ensure smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly.
- Sales Enablement:
- Provide training and support to sales teams on lead management and enrichment best practices.
