Business Development Executive Opportunity
">The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating profitability through the development of new business and retention of existing business within assigned accounts.
This role requires a professional with strong selling skills, consultative techniques expertise, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sound retention strategies to preserve business and secure contract agreements from previously non-contracted customers.
- Presents UPS solutions to penetrate revenue and volumes streams.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals - customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue growth, and gross profit.
- Collaborate with pricing, procurement, ops, and network teams to design solutions for customers.
- Utilize DRIVE, Sales Navigator, and other systems to leverage customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or additional diplomas in Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant international corporate sales experience in similar industries.
- Professional selling skills, consultative selling techniques expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer satisfaction and objection handling skills for maintenance and sustainability.
