As a key member of our sales and customer success teams, you will play a vital role in optimizing our technology stack to drive efficient and compliant past-due balance recovery.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems such as HubSpot. This includes creating automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
Responsibilities:- Manage CRM Technology Stack: Oversee the use of CRM tools to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Create Automations: Develop automated processes to streamline team workloads and improve data accuracy.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across all CRM systems.
- Train Users: Educate team members on effective use of CRM tools to maximize productivity.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visual representations of pipeline, performance, and retention metrics for leadership review.
- At least 3 years of CRM administration/management experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data analysis.
- Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Effective communication and training skills to educate team members.
