The role of a Territory Business Manager involves driving sales growth and brand presence in assigned markets by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Supervise distributor networks to ensure optimal sales performance and desired outcomes.
- Manage customer relationships to achieve 100% coverage of target audiences and meet minimum KPIs.
- Collect market intelligence to inform inventory management decisions and conduct calls as per product profiles and marketing strategies.
- Ensure Abbott brands are visible on retailers' outlets and participate in retail events and activations for sales growth.
- Plan monthly and quarterly business objectives and monitor progress against expectations.
- Implement mid-course corrections to reduce variance and optimize results.
- Prescribe audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands to maintain market visibility.
- Achieve sales targets through ethical promotion of products to customers.
- Organize training camps (CME) to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Conduct trade and clinic activations to boost brand visibility.
- Ensure consistent visibility of Abbott brands on retailers' outlets through promotional activities.
- Participate in retail meets and market blitzes to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
