The Customer Executive is the market representative of a leading beverage company, responsible for executing business plans to drive sustainable sales growth. They work closely with distributors to develop and coach their business.


Key Responsibilities:Market Performance
  • Deliver secondary monthly targets and gross revenue expansion
  • Optimize routes to boost productivity
  • Increase distribution coverage by expanding served outlets
  • Ensure stock availability and execution as per planogram
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS IN THE MARKET TO MAXIMIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND DRIVE GROWTH
Sales Enablement
  • Provide personalized training to sales representatives to enhance business acumen and sales capability
  • Set monthly targets for each salesperson
  • Couch salespeople on market execution and strategy
  • Monitor sales performance using regular reports
  • Communicate incentives and motivate salespeople to achieve targets
Distributor Management
  • Maintain distributor health by ensuring adherence to joint business plans
  • Recruit and retain top-performing sales representatives
  • Minimize stock expiration and stales by implementing FIFO and stacking norms
  • Track accurate and timely order delivery
  • E nsure compliance with food safety regulations for every distributor
Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry; a graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred
