Senior Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to spearhead our team's growth initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with clients and partners, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of business development success, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with experience using CRM software a plus.
