Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Leader to spearhead our growth and expansion efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on new challenges and make a meaningful impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing key vendor/customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.

  • Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive expansion strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and market penetration.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners through consistent communication and effective partnership management.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a top-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key markets, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance against targets and ensure the company's interests are protected.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any department (Mechanical / Metallurgy/Material Science Engineering preferable)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling a team
  • Experience in taking care of profit and loss activities

  • Local language proficiency
