Responsibilities:

- Needs Assessment: Gather and analyze data on client requirements, preferences, and expectations to inform account planning and strategy.
- Account Planning: Develop tailored plans outlining strategies for client retention and growth, aligning products or services with client objectives.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to explore new revenue streams.
- Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure continued partnership.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue, and performance metrics, utilizing analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
