Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate quality sales leads and reactivate non-active customers by developing a telemarketing database of potential clients through directory searches, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to generate business from abandoned or lost clients and forward such leads to the sales team.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities with existing customers to maximize revenue growth.
  • Ensure lead conversion by fixing meetings, customer visits, proposals, and providing after-sales support to clients post-sign up.
  • Monitor and improve productivity metrics, including average number of leads per FTE, lead conversion rates, and revenue per FTE.
