
Digital Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to grow with us.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of acquiring new clients using any outreach channel you're skilled at.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building:
- Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.
- Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).
- Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
