Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned product visionary to spearhead the development and management of our global digital hub serving healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will oversee the creation and prioritization of product backlog items, ensuring that our products meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in Agile development methodology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Compliance and Security:
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations related to digital technologies, privacy, and communication.
  • Maintain information assets by following local and global security policies.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with digital technologies including CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services.
  • Understanding of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools.
  • Ability to quickly identify root causes and implement solution/workarounds.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management skills and objective-oriented focus.
  • Comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
