Job Title: Digital Content Manager

  • We are seeking a creative professional to manage our digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality captions, posts, and other content that engages our audience.
  • Posting and Tracking: Post content on a daily basis and track the performance of our content to optimize future posts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze data to understand our audience and adjust our content strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing content and post it on our social media handles.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in digital content management.
  • Basic understanding of social media analysis and various tools like Meta analytics, YouTube Studio etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other image/video editing tools.
  • Ability to work in roster based shifts.
  • An understanding of copyright requirements and issues is a must.
  • Ability to work on Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
  • Should be flexible to work outside office hours in case of a breaking story or event.
  • Should be a team player and be able to work with cross-functional teams like content team, publishers & video editors.
