Social Media Manager Job Description

CARA Aesthetics is a comprehensive hair restoration and aesthetic clinic. We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engagement with clients.

This is a full-time on-site role where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media marketing, communication strategies, content creation, and social media optimization.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services.
  • Creating engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the hair transplant industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers.
  • Managing advertising and media campaigns across various channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Social Media Marketing and Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies for social media
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant social media content
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
  • Relevant certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
