Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital campaigns across all online channels. The role involves enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating quality leads, and engaging customers through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

· Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

· Manage social media presence and create engaging content to grow followers and engagement.

· Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

· Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs, analytics).

· Optimize content for website and social media platforms to maximize visibility.

· Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

· Manage online reputation, reviews, and customer interactions.

· Budget management for digital campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.

· Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM systems.

· Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and video marketing is an advantage.

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Strong time management and multitasking skills.

· Updated knowledge of digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
